Sogo Printing is popular among customers for manufacturing and selling a whole range of printed products, from transfer foils to shrink products, flexible packaging such as laminate packaging and various pouches, and POP labels, for cosmetics, toiletries, pharmaceuticals and other products. Going forward, we will continue to develop unique technologies for these printed products.
Transfer products are containers with printing applied using the thermal transfer method from film and other media that have been printed on.
Compared to direct printing of containers (silkscreen printing or hot stamping), transfer foils help improve production efficiencies and reduce defect rates. They also offer excellent color printing and tonal reproduction due to gravure printing.
Shrink products is the name used to cover all products that use shrink films. They are generally referred to as shrink labels, but shrink films are used for a range of applications other than labels, such as individual packaging and multi-pack packaging.
Laminate packaging is a product supplied in rolls for use as packaging material on automated packing and automated filling lines.
Laminates are formed using either of two methods: extrusion lamination or dry lamination.
Extruded sandwich laminate is sometimes counted as a single layer.
Pouch products are manufactured using the above packaging,
with the structure varying according to the package contents.
Structure also varies according to content weight and pouch shape.
